Stephen is simply excellent. Initially had helped me through pre and post issues arising over the ending of a 26 year marriage. His listening techniques and demeanor make me feel extremely comfortable. His insight and advise are pretty much spot on and I feel has helped me tremendously.
I have no doubt that I will continue to see him from time to time as the need arises as I navigate through life's many mine fields.

I highly recommend Dr. Sperber as a therapist. He is a very accurate listener, knows when to come on strong and when to be more gentle. He has a warm friendly style. At times you will cry, and at times you will laugh during sessions with him. I felt he was extremely intuitive and got to the core issues, but also very encouraging. Therapists are very personal choice, but I would tell you to give him a try.

Dr. Sperber has helped us overcome difficult circumstances in our marriage. He has taught us effective communication skills and provided us with tools to overcome and resolve our conflicts. We highly recommend him as a therapist. Great facilitator, impartial, objective and has a good sense of humor.

I have been going to Stephen for a few years. He is a fantastic therapist. He has helped me through extreme periods of stress and more recently, helps me by just being someone to speak to about every day issues of work, family and marriage. If you are looking for someone to talk to, while not being overanalyzed, Stephen is the one for you. He is smart, intuitive and doesn't throw a lot of psycho babble back at you. It really is like meeting a friend for a talk, only a hour, day or few days later, your mind processes the things he says and you start to make sense of things. Can't recommend him enough!
